How do I set up an Ongoing Order?

At the checkout, you will see an option to choose a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Ongoing Order. Please select frequency of your choice and continue to move through the checkout.

Do I save any money with an Ongoing Order?

Absolutely! You save $15 on each and every delivery.

We require 7 days notice for cancellation. Ie. If you order is due on a Thursday, we need to know by the previous Thursday to action immediately.

What day does payment get debited for ongoing orders?

Payment gets processed based on when you originally placed the order. If you placed your weekly order at 2pm on a Tuesday, you will continue to be billed at 2pm each Tuesday. If you would like to adjust your payment day or time, please contact us for assistance.

Can I add a discount code to a recurring order?

Discount codes cannot be added to a recurring order.

Absolutely! Please log on to My Account and go to Change My Payment Method.

Why can’t I change my menu on my ongoing subscription?
