Hungarian Beef and Sweet Potato Goulash (GF, DF)


This authentic and hearty Hungarian Goulash stew is perfect for those chilli nights and will sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Tender chunks of lean rump beef are slow cooked with sweet paprika, garlic, and loaded with veggies including sweet potato, carrot, tomato and red capsicum to create a delicious meaty broth. We add this to brown rice to soak up all the juices and ensure there is nothing left in the container!

Dollop on a couple of spoonfuls of greek yoghurt for some extra protein and creaminess.
