Your Gym Food Australia Meals arrive frozen with a best before date of at least 2 months.

Your Gym Food Australia Meals arrive frozen. Please remove from box and place in freezer as soon as possible.

We recommend your meals are reheated straight from frozen. If you must put meals in the fridge due to space, please consume within 48 hours.

We recommend using a microwave and following the reheating instructions on each meal. If a microwave is unavailable, you can use a saucepan or oven to reheat meals – however, please remove from Gym Food Australia packaging prior to putting meal in oven.

Our chefs take the highest care to prevent cross contamination, however, they may still be present as all meals are produced in the same kitchen.

We recommended using the magnifying glass on each meal item to thoroughly check the ingredients list before ordering.

All meals are prepared as per the website and unfortunately, we are unable to take any specific requests.

Whilst our chicken and beef is halal certified, we do use some pork and alcohol products in our meals.

Yes! Please rinse your containers and place in the recycle bin. Cardboard sleeves can also be placed in the recycle bin.

If we can we will! For the majority of customers in WA, QLD, SA, Vic and Tas, these boxes can be collected when left out on your next delivery day. If uncollected, please take to your nearest green grocer for reuse.

No, you don’t. Once-Off orders are able to be placed and ongoing orders can be cancelled with 7 days notice.

Once-Off orders can be completed via credit card, Paypal, Afterpay and Zippay. Ongoing Orders can only be paid via credit card.

ONGOING ORDERS​

Regardless of subscription, all meals arrive at the same time. If you choose a weekly subscription, you will receive 1 x meal delivery each week. If you choose a fortnightly subscription, you will receive 1 x meal delivery each fortnight. If you choose a monthly subscription, you will receive 1 x meal delivery every 4 weeks.

At the checkout, you will see an option to choose a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Ongoing Order. Please select frequency of your choice and continue to move through the checkout.

Absolutely! You save $15 on each and every delivery.

We require 7 days notice for cancellation. Ie. If you order is due on a Thursday, we need to know by the previous Thursday to action immediately.

Payment gets processed based on when you originally placed the order. If you placed your weekly order at 2pm on a Tuesday, you will continue to be billed at 2pm each Tuesday. If you would like to adjust your payment day or time, please contact us for assistance.

If there are any major delays, we will always advise you via email, phone or SMS. If you order is being delivered to a workplace please add the business name and operating hours to the delivery notes. Whilst our drivers will endeavour to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or window.

Our Gym Food Australia packing team is wonderful, however even they make mistakes! If there are issues with your delivery, please email us via the contact page.
We update our menu every season, so if you are missing an item, it may no longer be available and may have been replaced with a different meal.
